terms of service

01 — who we are

the filter is operated by LVMEN, a sole proprietorship based in Jakarta, Indonesia. when we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean LVMEN. when we say "you," we mean the person using our website, studio, or files.

02 — your account

you need a valid email to purchase. for studio features beyond the free 3 saves, you'll need to register. see our privacy policy for how we handle your data. you're responsible for keeping your license key secure. sharing keys with others is a violation of these terms.

03 — what you're buying

when you buy a lut pack, you receive:

· a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license

· the xmp and dng files for the pack you purchased

· access to the studio for as long as the service operates

you do not receive copyright ownership. we retain all intellectual property to the files, filters, and studio.

you own the photos you edit. we don't claim any rights to your images.

04 — what you can do

· use the filters for personal projects

· use the filters for commercial projects (client work, content, etc.)

· edit as many photos as you want in the studio

· keep the files forever

05 — what you cannot do

· resell, redistribute, or share the files (paid or free)

· upload files to file-sharing sites, telegram, or marketplaces

· share your license key or studio access

· use automated scripts to abuse our servers

· use the tool for any illegal or harmful content

violations result in immediate termination without refund.

06 — payment

pay once. use forever. no subscriptions, no hidden fees, no auto-renewals.

we may update pricing for new customers. your price stays the same, forever.

07 — refunds

all sales are final. this is a digital product — once purchased, the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

exception: if you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, email [email protected] within 7 days and we'll fix it.

before you buy: the studio is free. try all 5 filters with your own photos. your first 3 saves don't need an account.

08 — studio access

our studio is free to try. license holders get unlimited high-resolution saves. free users get 3 complimentary saves.

we reserve the right to block access for abuse.

09 — prohibited content

this tool must not be used to create, edit, or distribute any nsfw, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content, including nudity or any material that violates applicable laws.

we reserve the right to refuse service and void licenses for violations.

10 — warranty

our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind — express or implied. we don't guarantee compatibility with every software version or device.

11 — liability

we are not liable for lost data, missed revenue, or any indirect damages from using our products. our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

12 — termination

we may terminate your license if you violate these terms. you may stop using our services at any time.

13 — governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. any disputes will be resolved under indonesian jurisdiction.

14 — changes

we may update these terms. continued use means you accept the updated version.

15 — age requirement

you must be at least 13 years old to use our services. if you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

16 — third-party

adobe, lightroom, and photoshop are trademarks of adobe inc. we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by adobe.

17 — delivery

after purchase, your files (xmp and dng) are delivered instantly via email and download link. if you don't receive them within 24 hours, contact [email protected].
